Is there a music time line up list anywhere? Will be shooting for the the later time of Wedgestock.

Wedgestock Cooking Contest:
This year we, SWPC, are pleased to present Wedgestock’s first annual cooking contest! We are looking for the most delectable cookie and the most savory salsa the South Wedge has to offer. There will be three local chefs serving as judges for the contest: Philip Duquette of Premier Pastry, Casey Hollenbeck of Mise En Place, and Lindsay Steinberg of Green Zebra Catering. Read on for the contest rules and regulations:

CATEGORIES:
1. Cookies
a. A minimum of one dozen cookies to be submitted.
b. Please come prepared with a title for your cookies.
2. Salsa
a. A minimum of 3 cups of salsa to be submitted.
b. Please come prepared with a title for your salsa.
c. Please indicate the spice level of your salsa from 1 (mild) to 10 (very spicy/hot). It will be necessary for the judges to taste those salsas with the highest spice level last.

**All entries must be submitted by 3:00PM the day of Wedgestock.

CRITERIA:
1. Cookies
a. Texture
b. Freshness
c. Quality of Ingredients (ex. Butter vs. Margarine)
d. All Around Taste
e. Creativity
2. Salsa
a. Texture
b. Freshness
c. Quality of Ingredients (ex. Fresh Tomatoes vs. Canned Tomatoes)
d. All Around Taste
e. Creativity

STORE BOUGHT COOKIES/SALSA WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

**The winners will be announced from the main stage when the judging has been completed.

PRIZES:
A first, second, and third place prize will be given out in each category.
-First Place – Blue Ribbon and South Wedge Gift Basket
-Second Place – Red Ribbon
-Third Place – White Ribbon

feel free to hula hoop with us! we'll be there (with extra hoops) to get wedgestock hoopening. give it a whirl? we're hard to miss visually! just look for the group of people with hula hoops?
