Tags

If you post a photo, video or blog you will notice a place for you to type in 'Tags'. These are basically keywords that help users surf the site by content type. The number one thing to remember is that they DO NOT recognize multiple words. Here's some examples:

southwedge -> good
south wedge -> bad
openface -> good
open face -> bad

People who want to find content about Openface will not find it if you used the space between words. The photo or blog that you posted on that subject will be tagged with 'open' and with with 'face'. Face just doesn't cut it.

Even if you put commas in the "right" place (ie. open face, restaurant, tasty) it will not work.

So to recap... Do not use a space between words for a tag. ;-)
