Looking for larger apartment within next 6 months or so

My husband and I are expecting a baby in October and we are hoping to move into a bigger place sometime before then!

We're looking for a large 1 or 2 bedroom or a small house for rent, max of about $900/month.  Laundry is a must, as well as cat friendly.

 

I'd appreciate a heads up if you notice anything or know of an apartment being vacated.

I've got a Beautiful first-floor 2 bedroom apartment on Hamilton Street that may be coming up for rent this spring. I'm working with the current tenant to help them find another unit. Assuming that goes well, this unit should be available in April-ish. It's all hardwoods, with tin ceilings, pocket doors, off-street parking and non-coin op laundry in the basement that tenants share.
