Obsessed w/ the wedge...
Looks like 852 South & 165 Gregory just sold (list prices were 80 & 90K respectively). At that price (or one close) it seems like the upward momentum in the wedge is still gaining steam. I'm sure whoever moves in will enjoy to watch as our neighborhood continues to flourish. I'm guessing that they'll be owner occupied at that price - we'll see.
