Do not be afraid to network with your nieghbors and take personal iniative... Be glad to network with you as there are a few of us in the nieghborhood who chase these creeps everynight but we can not be everywhere and they know it....
Across the street from 999 above the chinese store there are apartments and one of them dispenses crack out the back....
