To me, the South Wedge is...

Home. Plain and simple. I looked at many houses all over Rochester and it's suburbs. The house I chose may not have been the nicest one I saw, but it had one thing the others didn't - Location.
The first time I walked my dogs in the Wedge I knew it was where I wanted to be. I'm proud to call it my home.

If you send me whatever additional details (are 2 bedrooms available? 1st floor or 2nd?) might help 'sell' your room(s), I can pass that along to people that come over to see the Broadway room as an option for them.
