I am a new member --found the site entirely by accident-as is anything I find on the net! Have 2 cats 1 a large b/w tuxedo male a lover! the other a small female coloring is grey and white tiger but has a lot of orange mixed in. they are indoor but…
OK, I'm going to try to do this all in one. Bob, I can see we struck a nerve here, and I'm sorry if you consider it a personal attack, as that wasn't intended. That being said, my expectation is that SWPC--and the Wedge paper as its representative--…
Well, there's no rationale that I can see, either--but I'd like to know what they were thinking. Does no one edit the Wedge? Do they have no guidelines for articles? We've made out position clear, and I'd like to think we're open to some dialogue. I…
I've seen the very same cat you're talking about, but near Cypress/South. My girlfriend and I were walking our dog when we spotted a lady trying to pick up(?) shoo(?) the cat in a general direction, but it didn't seem to want anything to do with her…
I live on Hickory and I have noticed a couple of new cats around my house. One of particular is a young white and grey kitty he shows up mostly in the backyard that borders houses on Averill Ave near Mt Hope. This cat does not have a collar so it ma…
Hi Marta, you seem pretty knowledgeable with all things feline so I was wondering if I could pick your brain about something. My girlfriend and I live together and want to get a cat, but we already have a dog. He's a sweetheart, but still a little rambunctious at time, but never aggressive and, honestly, could probably use a cat to put him in his place when we're not around, but both of us are nervous about actually taking the plunge. We've both owned cats before and would love to take one in to call our own. Any thoughts? I can give you more info if you need it. Sorry to bug you! Thanks a lot!
Hi Marta! I'm interested to see if the kitty who tried to bombard my door today is Stella... can you look at the pics in Southwedge cats and let me know?
OK! So now can we be friends on this site? Cats, knitting (although I need a mentor), loved your photography, gardening, wedgies...we certainly have a few things in common. Would love to wander to Hamilton to meet you one of these nice days.
Hi again - yeah, we both know Ginny and Larry. I've known them for years, and have met your beautiful daughter, but long ago. I doubt Leah would remember me. PS - 2 cats.
Hi Marta, it's nice to meet you even if it's only on the computer, lol. I would love to join the cats group, not sure how yet but i'm sure ill figure it out soon enough. Buying a house is a bit stressful, i'm sure your daughter has told you. If you come across any studio or reasonably priced 1br that except cats, let me know. In order to buy I have to rent for one more year :( I work at beale st, so if your ever in say hello.
Hi Marta. I live on near you, and believe that we know some people in common (not from the Wedge). Thought I might get to meet you at the Block Party, but, alas, will be out of town on the 28th.
