Dear South Wedge,
Sorry it's been so long since we've spoken but I've been so busy you see, and I've remained so with my job working at the Tap and Mallet. Before you ask; I wash dishes. It's awesome.
Today I tried doing some artwork. Normally I do very little artwork during the summer because I dedicate the rest of the year to making it. I spend the time thinking about things I'll do, mulling over ideas and concepts. Some of my art friends like to tell me about these great projects they've undertaken, and it doesn't bother me none much. The way I see it thinking about what you're going to do it art is as important as doing it. And after three months of creative R&R I'm generally revving my engines pretty loud. The neighbors don't care for it.
Anyway, my self portrait didn't come out well at all, because I had forgotten the golden rule: what looks good resting in your lap won't look good on a wall. Shoot. Damn lap perspective. I may try again with an easel if the mood falls upon me again.
Phooey.
The point is I had fun doing it.
Tilt plays very loud music. And yes I most certainly have been clubbing. I've been to more than four! And Tilt plays the loudest music of them all. Sheesh.
